Hollywood has a way of bringing out the bad behavior lurking inside many of us. As Rob points out, it’s impossible to be even a powerful or mildly powerful person in Hollywood and not gradually assume that the company you lead is actually yours (he mentions a certain $80 million-a-year ousted TV CEO as high example). But even as wealth of the “not just rich-person money, but family-office money, legacy money” is amassed, Rob asks if replacement bias should not also move up the food chain.
